Who Is ScreamTix?
ScreamTix provides software that allows Producers to sell tickets, manage attendees, communicate with customers and operate their events.
ScreamTix is a technology provider. We are not the organiser, promoter, operator or supplier of events listed on the platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
Who Am I Buying From?
When you purchase a ticket through a website powered by ScreamTix, you are purchasing directly from the Producer responsible for that event.
Your contract is with the Producer, not with ScreamTix.
The Producer is responsible for:
- Operating the event;
- Setting ticket prices;
- Managing bookings;
- Customer service;
- Refunds and exchanges;
- Venue operations;
- Accessibility information;
- Event terms and conditions;
- Privacy notices;
- Health and safety arrangements.
Questions About Your Booking
If you have questions about:
- Your tickets;
- Your booking;
- Lost tickets;
- Changing your booking;
- Adding attendees;
- Refund requests;
- Accessibility;
- Event times;
- Venue information;
- Event cancellations;
- Event postponements;
- Admission policies;
- Dress codes;
- Parking;
- Food and drink policies;
- Any aspect of the event itself;
you should contact the Producer directly.
Producer contact details are normally available:
- On the booking page;
- Within your confirmation email;
- Within your attendee account;
- On the Producer’s website or social media channels.
Can ScreamTix Refund My Tickets?
No.
ScreamTix is not a ticket reseller and is not a party to your ticket purchase.
Refund decisions are made by the Producer in accordance with their own policies and applicable law.
Any refund request should be directed to the Producer.
Can ScreamTix Change My Booking?
No.
Booking amendments, attendee changes, transfers, upgrades, reschedules and ticket modifications must be arranged directly with the Producer.
Can ScreamTix Cancel An Event?
No.
Only the Producer can cancel, postpone, modify or operate an event.
ScreamTix does not control the operation of events listed on the platform.
Does ScreamTix Hold My Money?
In most cases, no.
Payments are typically processed through payment providers selected by the Producer.
ScreamTix provides software services and does not normally receive, control or manage ticket revenue.
Privacy and Data Protection
When you purchase tickets through a Producer using ScreamTix, that Producer is generally responsible for determining why and how your personal information is used.
ScreamTix typically acts as a technology provider processing information on behalf of the Producer.
Requests relating to:
- Marketing preferences;
- Consent settings;
- Deletion requests;
- Data corrections;
- Subject access requests;
- Privacy complaints;
should normally be directed to the Producer in the first instance.
Reporting Fraud or Misuse
If you believe a Producer is using ScreamTix fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of our Producer Terms, you may contact:
We may investigate reports at our discretion.
Submitting a report does not create any obligation for us to intervene in disputes between attendees and Producers.
Limitation of Responsibility
ScreamTix provides software services only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScreamTix is not responsible for:
- The operation of events;
- The conduct of Producers;
- Event cancellations;
- Event postponements;
- Refund decisions;
- Venue issues;
- Admission decisions;
- Event content;
- Health and safety matters at events;
- Accessibility arrangements;
- Ticket availability;
- Any dispute between a Producer and an attendee.
Any claim relating to an event, ticket purchase or booking should be directed to the Producer responsible for that event.
