This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information relating to Producers, venue operators, business users, administrators and other individuals who use the ScreamTix platform.
This Privacy Policy does not generally apply to attendees, customers or guests of Producers who use ScreamTix.
Important Distinction Between Producers and Attendees
ScreamTix provides software services to Producers.
Where a Producer uses ScreamTix to collect, manage or process information relating to customers, attendees, guests or staff, the Producer will generally be the Data Controller and ScreamTix will act as a Data Processor on the Producer’s behalf.
This Privacy Policy explains how we process information relating to Producers and users of the ScreamTix platform.

If you are an attendee or customer of a Producer using ScreamTix, you should contact the relevant Producer regarding the exercise of your privacy rights.
AI Features
Certain ScreamTix features may use artificial intelligence technologies.
Where you interact with AI-powered tools, prompts, responses and associated metadata may be processed and retained for platform security, service improvement, troubleshooting and quality assurance purposes.
You should avoid submitting sensitive personal information to AI-powered features unless necessary and authorised.

We may retain information for longer where required by law, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, regulatory obligations or legitimate business interests.
